Are you interested in starting a Mobile FEES practice? Below is some information for your review to consider this venture.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Question:

How do I begin my research?

Answer:

We first recommend that you assess your geographical area, and who do you currently work with, or know in local skilled nursing facilities.

Question:

What do I do if I am not yet trained in FEES?

Answer:

We invite you to our three-day course to complete your normals, then we can offer two locations for you to go to, in completing your FEES observation, and actually performing FEES procedures. This is conducted with either a Speech Language Pathologist, Clinical Trainer, or an ENT.

Question:

How would I get started when I have a clinical job?

Answer:

We highly recommend that you do not give up your current position. We would suggest taking your weekends to begin your research, and place calls at possibly lunchtime when conducting your due diligence.

Question:

What can DVCT help me with when consulting for my start-up?

Answer:

We offer to you a full page of Learning Outcomes, and a list of intensive programs you will need to begin your mobile practice. DVCT would recommend a conference call, to fully review the start-up, which takes about one hour. If you are working full-time, we are happy to have the first call, after hours or on a weekend day.
